We offer FREE SHIPPING on eligible orders placed through the MuscelBond website.

Any additional fee applicable to a particular order, payment method or delivery condition will be displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and serviceable delivery locations.

A COD fee of ₹99 will be applicable to orders placed using the Cash on Delivery payment option.

Available payment options will be displayed during checkout. COD availability may depend on the delivery location, order value or other operational factors.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are generally expected to be delivered within 6–8 days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Factors that may affect delivery include:

• Courier or logistics delays.
• Public holidays or non-working days.
• Weather conditions or natural events.
• High order volumes.
• Remote or difficult-to-service locations.
• Government or local restrictions.
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Once your order is successfully placed, it will be processed and prepared for dispatch.

After dispatch, the shipment will be handled by our courier or logistics partners. Tracking information, where available, may be communicated using the contact information provided while placing the order.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has already been dispatched.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

Please ensure that the following information is correct:

• Recipient's full name.
• Complete delivery address.
• PIN code.
• Reachable mobile number.
• Any necessary landmark or delivery information.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged product, incorrect product, tampered shipment or find any item missing from your order, please contact our customer support team within 24–48 hours of delivery.

The unboxing video should clearly show:

• The complete unopened shipping package before opening.
• The shipping label visible on the package.
• Opening of the package from the beginning without cuts or interruptions.
• All products and items received inside the package.
• Any visible damage, leakage, tampering, incorrect item or missing product.

Claims submitted without the required complete unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Returns & Replacements

Requests for returns, replacements, refunds or another resolution are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Approval may depend on:

• The nature of the issue.
• The condition of the product.
• The condition of the packaging.
• Supporting photographs or videos.
• The complete unboxing video.
• Whether the request was submitted within the applicable reporting period.

Submission of a request does not automatically guarantee a return, replacement or refund.

Delivery Delays

While we make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated delivery period, occasional delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, natural events, government restrictions, high shipment volumes or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The estimated delivery period should therefore be treated as an expected timeline rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
